 apartment building, postmodern (architecture)

21-story Postmodern residential building completed in 2017. Designed by Hill & West, it is clad in limestone, black metal, and glass. The facade is articulated into three bays by the limestone piers, which are are covered by metal screens at the 2-story base. The ground floor has an entrance/exit to the underground parking garage at the east bay, a glass-and-metal storefront (with a recessed glass door on the left) in the west bay, and the main entrance in the center bay, with a revolving glass door and two traditional glass doors, below a suspended glass-and-metal canopy.

On the upper floors, each bay is divided into four windows by black metal mullions (wider in the middle bay). At the 2nd floor, two of these mullions (those flanking the center mullion) are split into two separate, thinner elements, with a narrow glass pane in between both pairs. The outer bays at the 2nd floor has a similar arrangement, but across all three mullions, and with even narrower panes. There are black metal vents below the windows at the 2nd floor, and a black metal band caps this floor.

Smaller black metal vents are located below the windows beginning on the 4th floor, above limestone spandrels between floors. The outer bays set back above the 13th floor, and the middle bays sets back above the 15th. There are full-floor setbacks above the 16th floor, and below the penthouse level. Each setback is marked by a T-shaped finial in dark metal finish. Each the top floors, each bay has large window expanses, without the metal mullions.

The side elevations are stone, with a bay of double-windows at the front and rear edge, switching to single-windows at the 14th floor setback, and moving back at the higher setback.

The building contains 95 apartment units. The ground floor is occupied by Kilogram Cafe.
