 skyscraper, apartment building, 2017 construction

731-foot, 64-story modernist residential building completed in 2017. Designed by SLCE Architects, it is clad in a curtain wall of blue glass. The ground floor is clad in tan pre-cast stone with horizontal banding. There is a large, recessed entrance in the center, divided into three bays by a pair of black stone piers; the glass wall behind the piers has a revolving door in the center, flanked by traditional glass doors, and the entrance is covered by a metal canopy. At the west end is a projecting, glass-enclosed elevator up to the mezzanine level, with a stairway with glass railings extending down to the east, toward the main entrance. Near the east end is a black metal-and-glass commercial storefront occupied by Bluestone Lane coffee. A 3-story wing at the far east end is clad in stainless-steel at the ground floor, with three loading docks. The 2nd floor has grey metal paneling, and the 3rd floor is clad in glass, matching the glass at the 2nd-3rd floors of the main tower section.

At the upper floors of the tower the glass facade is slightly recessed at each narrow spandrel band between floors, and there are several bays of paired, operable windows (that slant partially open) outlined in grey metal frames, with black metal air-conditioning vents below them. The east end of the tower has a setback above the 34th floor.

The building is also known as Three Manhattan West, and contains 844 apartment units. There building also features a roof deck.
