376-foot, 34-story postmodern residential building completed in 2009. Designed by Stephen B. Jacobs, it has a 2-story base along 30th Street, rising to a 5-story podium at the corner of 11th Avenue. There is a parking garage entrance near the east end on 30th Street. The tower portion is set back from the east, west and south sides. The facade is clad in white stone blue glass, and grey metal. There are setbacks above the 21st and 30th floors, and a very tall white stone water tower concealment on the roof. The top three floors have balconies jutting out from the corners. The windows are arranged in varying grids at the different levels of the building.

The residential entrance is on 11th Avenue, below a large glass marquee that is curved upward at both ends and straddles a large stainless-steel column with changing lights next to the entrance’s revolving door. The ground floor is also occupied by Hamptons Market Place, and Winebook Inc. wine & liquor. The building contains 288 apartment units.
