A 3-tower modernist residential complex featuring a 425-foot, 35-story tower on the east side of the High Line, and two lower 163-foot, 13-story buildings on the opposite side, fronting on both 28th & 29th Streets, completed in 2017. Designed by Avinash K. Malhotra, the three towers are linked by a passageway under the High Line. All three are clad in reflective silver glass (with pre-cast concrete on the north facade of the main tower).

The main tower at the northeast corner of the block has a raised terrace atop a 2-story extension at the rear of the building. The front facade facing the avenue has a double-height ground floor of dark-grey granite. There is a narrow glass section at each end, and the middle is divided into metal-and-glass storefronts; there are number of glass door and double-doors. There is a setback above the 6th floor, with a glass railing. The top four floors have cut-outs at the corners and balconies and are surmounted by large open frames around the enclosed watertank, giving the tower a distinctive top.

The north facade is concrete up to the 6th-floor setback, above which the concrete continues with a single-window bay near each end, and a wrap-around continuation of the glass curtain wall from each side at the ends. The top floors are fully clad in glass, with glass railings at the corner balconies. The curtain wall wraps around the south and west facades.

The 13-story buildings also have dark-grey granite ground floors with more retail space, with glass canopies over the main entrances. The north building on 29th Street has a wider facade, and the granite cladding also includes the 2nd floor here, with infill of glass panels and large black metal vents. Smaller metal vents are integrated into the glass curtain walls on the upper floors, and they set back above the 8th floors, with a narrow section at the east end of both buildings extending up to the top floor, with recessed corner balconies with glass railings.

There is an entrance and exit to the underground parking garage at the west end of the 13-story building on 29th Street. The complex contains a total of 375 apartment units, with 220 of them in the taller tower.
