343-foot, 31-story postmodern residential building completed in 2014. Designed by SCLE, the complex consists of the main tower rising on the west side of the block along 11th Avenue and a lower, 13-story midrise portion called AVA High Line running along West 28th Street all the way to the corner of 10th Avenue. In total, the project contains 710 apartments and a parking garage for 140 cars. The facades are clad in red brick with windows framed in grey metal. Along the facade of the mid-rise, there are regular recessed sections. Above the 8th floor, there is a setback and the pattern of window fenestration is replaced by continuous bands of windows. A large water tower is visible from the street.

The taller tower portion has a 2-story commercial base occupied by a grocery and parking garage. Above are another 4 floors of base, and then the setback main tower. It is clad in a curtain wall of blue-tinted glass, with more red brick mixed in on the east facade and top floors. A prominent water tank is also visible on the top of the tower.
