 apartment building, 1908_construction, commercial building

4-story mixed-use building completed in 1908. Designed by Rouse & Goldstone, it is clad in buff-colored brick on the upper two floors, with the ground floor in black polished granite (non-original), and the 2nd floor having limestone and a ribbon band of windows. The main entrance is at the west end of the north facade on 30th Street, with a glass door and sidelight in a small stone surround. To the left the granite is punctuated by four bays of glass show-windows (two of them with glass doors as well), and at the east end is a chamfered corner on the ground floor, with another glass door. The east facade has another glass storefront bay.

The 2nd floor's windows are arranged in a long row, with wide brown metal mullions separating them into bays of two panes, with a wider pane and two stacked smaller panes in each bay. At the west end of the north facade the window band and limestone above end, replaced by brick with a single-window.

The upper floors on the north facade have four bays of tripartite windows with iron mullions, simple stone sills, and brick lintels. The east facade has one large bay of four window panes - wider middle panes and narrower end panes. Near the roof line is a black metal cornice, and the facades are crowned by a larger, projecting black metal roof cornice.

The ground floor is occupied by Bravo Pizza, with Relax Center massage on the 2nd floor.
