5-story cooperative-apartment building originally completed in the 1860s as a rowhouse. The facade is clad in red brick above a brownstone ground floor. The entrance is on the left, with a paneled wood-and-glass door and wooden side panel below a short transom, framed by brownstone pilasters and a cornice. To the right are two windows with iron grilles, and the facade is fronted by a low brick wall with tall brick posts and iron fencing in between; an iron gate at the left allows access to the entrance.

The upper floors have three bays of single-windows with brownstone sills and lintels with thin cornices, and air-conditioning vents are cut below the middle-bay windows on the 2nd, 3rd, & 5th floors. The facade is crowned by a black metal roof cornice with three narrow brackets at each end, and ornamented panels.
