7-story mid-century modern residential building completed in 1964. Designed by A. Rolins Gaughey, it is clad in red brick above a recessed ground floor of black brick and plate-glass behind white stone piers and low, red-brick walls that having stone coping and contain planters. The piers divide the ground floor into eight bays, with an entrance and exit to the underground parking garage in the eastern two bays. The main entrance is in the 4th bay from the west, with glass double-doors and wide sidelights.

The upper floors have two bays of triple-windows in the middle, followed to either side by a single-window, another triple-window, a double-window bay, and triple-window end bays, all in white metal framing. Air-conditioning vents are located below each bay except the single-windows. Three brown metal fire escapes run down the facade, which is topped by a simple stone coping.

The building contains 67 apartment units.
