12-story postmodern residential building completed in 2001. Designed by Stephen B. Jacobs, it is clad in red brick with white pre-cast concrete trim. The ground floor has wide, banded, light-brown granite piers, with the west facade on the avenue roughly divided into six bays, each with a glass-and-metal storefront section, except for the 2nd bay from the south, which has a narrow, louvered brown metal vent. Along the south facade the ground floor has eight bays. The westernmost has a tripartite storefront show-window, followed by a smaller window and a recessed white metal service door in the next bay. The 3rd bay has a tripartite window, and the main entrance is in the 4th bay, with glass-and-metal double-doors, sidelights, and a short transom below a small, somewhat Gothic-looking iron-and-glass canopy. The next three bays have a double-window, tripartite window, and a louvered vent, and the east end bay has an entrance to the underground parking garage. A broad concrete band tops the ground floor.
The upper floors are organized into four pairs of bays by white concrete piers that project out just slightly from the brick facade. Each set of two bays has one tripartite window configuration and one offset double-window; the narrower panes in the double-windows have air-conditioning vents built into the bottom, as do one of the side panes of the tripartite windows. The 2nd bay from the east is recessed between the others.
A concrete band runs across the top of the 9th floor, with flower-like medallions below it at each pier. The two outer bays on each side set back above this band, and another band with medallions tops the 10th floor, with a setback above the next two bays from the west. The remaining two bays set back above the 12th floor, capped by a concrete cornice with a shallow-arched top.
The west facade's upper floors are similarly organized into three pairs of bays, but the south pair simply has a single-window at each floor of its northern bay. The south end bay and two north bays set back above the 9th floor, and the next one-and-a-half bays from the north set back above the 10th floor. Two narrower bays continue up to a 12th-floor setback, both with offset double-windows, topped by a cornice with a shallow arched top.
The north elevation is faced in beige-painted concrete, with a few bays of single-windows and one of short double-windows. The east elevation is similar. The building contains 77 apartment units. The ground floor is occupied at the west end by Cafe Bravo, and Swan's Cleaners.
