7-story mid-century modern cooperative-apartment building completed in 1960. Designed by Leo Stillman, it is clad in variegated red brick. The entrance in the center has glass-and-metal double-doors set in a light-tan granite surround covered by a rounded, black canvas canopy extending out over the sidewalk. On the upper floors the center bay has single-windows. There are three bays to either side, with double-windows on all floors; the windows are in white metal framing. A low, brick wall topped by plantings and iron fencing fronts the facade.

Two very thin stone band courses line the top and bottom of the 2nd floor. A pair of black iron fire escapes run down the two bays on either side of the center bay. The east elevation is clad in the same brick, and has three bays of single-windows in the middle, diminishing in size from south to north.

The building was converted to a co-op in 1989, with 68 apartments.
