7-story modernist residential building completed in 2018. Designed by HTO Architect, it is clad in dark-grey brick above a black stone water table. The thin east facade on the avenue has a metal-and-glass storefront on the ground floor, with glass double-door at its south end. The upper floors have single windows on the north half, and larger bay of windows to the south that wrap around the southeast corner. These consist of various sized panes. Very thin brick spandrels separate each floor at these bays.
The wider south facade on 33rd Street has three bays of plate-glass at the east end. To the left is a recessed black metal service door and the slightly-recessed main entrance with glass-and-metal double-doors, sidelight, and transom. The west end has a storefront with central glass double-doors. A metal-and-frosted-glass canopy covers both the main and service entrances. The upper floors have another bay at the west end that is similar to the east side, but only wrapping around the southwest corner to a very narrow pane at the south edge of the west facade. The upper floors have five bays of windows with one taller pane next to a shorter one, a small upper pane, and a black metal air-conditioning vent below. All the windows have black metal framing. The three eastern bays are grouped together, as are the two western ones, and each has its taller pane to the left, except for the western bay.
The building is topped by a periscope-like rooftop bulkhead that cantilevers angles outward to capture views down West 33rd Street. The ground floor is occupied by H&R Block, and Dunkin'.
