5-story residential building completed sometime around 1870. The facade is clad in red brick above a ground floor of black corrugated metal with two small metal-and-glass storefronts, and a residential entrance in between that is framed by paneled black iron pilasters, with a paneled black wood-and-glass door. The upper floors have four bays of single-windows with flaking brownstone sills and lintels. The brick spandrel panels between the 3rd & 4th floors have checkerboard patterns, and between the 4th & 5th floors are composed of trios of vertical notches.

A black iron fire escape runs down the middle two bays of the facade, which is crowned by a black metal roof cornice with paired brackets and swags.
