A pair of now-joined 6-story residential buildings completed by at least 1903. They now share a common address of 454 West 35th. The western building is clad in brownstone, banded on the ground floor. This facade continues across to the ground floor of the eastern building, where it also covers the 2nd floor. The upper floors of the east building are clad in red brick.
The complex's main entrance in centered in the west building, with a set of green wood-and-glass double-doors. To the right is a single-window with a decorative green iron grille, and to the west is a green metal service door; the ground floor here is topped by a green-painted cornice. The upper floors have three bays of single-windows; the openings have shallow-arched tops, with plain brownstone sills. The 5th floor is topped by a tan metal roof cornice with acanthus-leaf console brackets, elaborate modillions, and three panels adorned with foliate ornament. Above the cornice is a copper mansard roof with three rounded dormer windows.
The east building has five narrow bays at its 2-story base, with low, square basement-type windows near the bottom, each with a grid-like, green iron grille. The 2nd level has taller, narrow windows with projecting grilles at their bases. The upper floors have four bays of single-windows with bracketed brownstone sills and lintels with thin cornices. The northeast corner of the upper floors is lined with brownstone quoins. The north end of the east facade is also red brick above the base, with two bays of single-windows. A dark-grey metal roof cornice with brackets, modillions, and panels crowns this section and the north facade. The rest of the east elevation is clad in brown-painted stucco, with five single-windows, two of them very narrow.
There is also a shorter rear building behind the western structure. The complex contains a total of 31 apartment units.
