5-story residential building completed as three separate but matching structures in 1891. They still have separate entrances, both constitute one apartment complex. The unified facade is clad in brownstone, painted purple and grey in 2015. The entrance of No. 327 is at the east end, while Nos. 329 & 331 have theirs centered, each with black metal-and-glass doors, narrow sidelights, and transoms behind navy-blue clamshell canopies, set in simple stone surrounds. The rest of the ground-floor stone is rough-faced and rusticated.. To the left of No. 327's entrance are two round-arched windows with white-painted stone voussoirs, and carved panels of white-painted foliate ornament below, as well as small basement openings at the sidewalk level. The other two addresses have a shallow-arched double-window on either side of the entries, with white-painted keystones carved with bearded faces, and the same panels and basement openings below.
The upper floors have four bays of single-windows at each address, with white-painted stone surrounds, joined sill courses, and small acanthus-leaf brackets with white lintels and thin cornices. The piers between the bays are rough-faced, banded, and painted purple at each floor (except the 5th, where they are grey and smooth), and the tops of each floor around the lintels are painted grey. The 5th floor has round-arched windows without surrounds, but with white-painted stone voussoirs. There is a grey metal fire escape running down the middle two bays of No. 331, and 2-bay iron balconies spanning the adjoining bays across the three facades. The roof line has a white-painted stone parapet decorated with simple panels and roundels, capped by a metal coping.
