6-story residential building completed in 1895. It is clad in brownstone painted a salmon color above a 2-story base painted white. The ground floor originally had a central entrance, but it has been moved to the right, with a white metal-and-glass door, very narrow sidelights, and a transom. The center bay is framed by a simple molding and now has a small, square opening with a double-window. The east end has two single-windows.

The 2nd floor has two single-windows at both ends, with no openings in the middle. The upper floors have four evenly-spaced bays of single-windows, with darker-colored stone surrounds at the outer bays that include decorative brackets at the lintels, which are topped by thin cornices. The inner bays have similar surrounds, but painted the same shade as the rest of the upper floors. The stone is rough-faced around the windows at each floor. A black metal fire escape runs down the middle two bays of the facade, which is topped by a plain roof parapet.
