119-foot, 12-story modernist residential building completed in 2017. Designed by Workshop Design + Architecture and Ariel Aufgang, it occupies an oddly-shaped site, with two main masses forming an L and wrapping around a group of buildings on 36th Street, and bordering Dyer Avenue along the angled west facade. Another building across Dyer Avenue is designed in the same style. The facades are clad in buff-colored brick, with horizontal bands of beige stone that organize the facades into 2-story sections above the ground floor.

The main entrance is near the east end of the south facade on 35th Street, with a revolving door flanked by traditional glass doors, below a metal canopy. The rest of the ground floor is lined with glass-and-metal storefronts, some with glass double-doors. The upper floors have 14 bays of uneven double-windows in grey-brown metal framing, with metal air-conditioning vents built into them. Vertical grooves decorate some of the brick piers, varying by floor and location. There is a setback above the 7th floor.

There is an angled southwest corner with three window bays, although it narrows to two above the setback. The west facade, angling back along the avenue, spans 10 bays, with the northern 8 projecting out from the rest of the facade and then setting back above the 7th floor. There is also an angled northwest corner at the lower floors, spanning three bays. A small loading dock is notched into a non-angled section at the ground floor. The upper floors above the setback are not angled. The very small north facade on 36th Street is only one bay wide at the lower floors.

The building contains 186 apartment units.
