6-story residential building completed in 1890 as a 5-story building with a stoop and raised basement. The stoop was later removed and the basement level renovated into a ground floor with a new entrance The facade is light-brown stucco above a rough-faced stone ground floor. The entrance is centered, with a slightly-recessed glass-and-wood door. To the left is a small window with an iron grille, and to the right is larger opening with a roll-down metal gate.

The 2nd floor (originally the parlor floor) has two large single-windows, and the former opening where the original entry was has been removed. The upper floors have four bays of single-windows with simple, beige stone surrounds. A black metal fire escape runs down the middle two bays of the facade, which is topped by a plain stucco roof parapet where a cornice once stood.
