6-story residential building completed sometime in the 1880s. It is clad in white-painted brick above a white-painted stone 1st floor, with a raised basement level rough-faced. The central entrance splits the basement level, with a tan wood-and-glass door atop a few tan stone steps topped by a fanlight in a tan round-arch with a simple keystone. On either side of the arch are two single-windows, and below, the east side has a tan metal service door at the raised basement, while the west side has a smaller service door.

The upper floors have four bays of single-windows with tan stone sills and lintels in deteriorating condition. A white metal fire escape runs down the middle two bays of the facade, which is crowned by a tan metal roof cornice with brackets and panels.
