6-story Renaissance-revival residential building completed in 1906. It is clad in grey-brown brick, with limestone trim on the front facade. The round-arched main entrance is at the east end of the ground floor, atop a single brick step, with a glass-and-metal door. The brick around the door is framed by black iron pilasters with capitals featuring shell-like patterns. To the left is a short metal service door below a double-window, followed by a higher service door below a glass transom, and a basement entrance below another double-window.
The upper floors have a middle bay of double-windows, and end bays of single-windows separated by intermediate bays of narrow bathroom windows. The end bays at the 2nd-5th floors have beveled, full stone surrounds. On the 2nd floor they are topped by splayed lintels with scrolled keystones; on the 3rd floor by scrolled keystones and triangular pediments; on the 4th floor by scrolled keystones and rounded pediments; and on the 5th floor by just scrolled keystones. At each of these floors, the middle bay and intermediate bays are topped by splayed lintels with scrolled keystones. The top floor is set off by a decorative string course, and the facade is crowned by a brown metal roof cornice with scrolled brackets, modillions, and dentils. A grey-brown metal fire escape runs down the middle of the facade.
The west elevation is clad in brown brick, painted beige at the ground floor. There is a wide light well in the middle, lined with single-windows and smaller bathroom windows. The north- and south-facing walls of the light well have fire escape running down their two bays of windows.
