12-story modernist residential building completed in 2012. Designed by Karl Fisher, it is clad in a curtain wall of grey metal and glass panes, some of which are black-tinted, giving a vertically striped appearance. There are also thin, grey metal panels creating additional striping. The ground floor has a central entrance with a revolving door flanked by traditional glass doors, covered by a green-glass-and-metal canopy. To either side are commercial storefronts.

The east facade has narrow curtain wall sections at the front and back, with the middle faced in pre-cast concrete with a narrow bay of single-windows beginning at the 3rd floor. The curtain wall sections at the front and back set back above the 8th floor. This first setback extends far back into the front facade, followed by a series of tiered setbacks at the middle of the front facade, creating a wedding cake effect. The rear, north-facing facade has projecting balconies.

The building contains 98 apartment units. The ground floor is occupied by Brooklyn Fare grocery.
