4-story residential building completed in 1902. Designed by XXXX, it is faced in brown rough stucco, with the ground floor clad in light-tan stone. The west facade on the avenue has a glass-and-metal storefront on the left, an entrance to the upper floors in the middle (with a brown metal door), and a service entrance with a metal door at the south end, next to two glass-block windows. The upper floors have six bays of single-windows with grey stone sills, and the facade is crowned by a pair of matching, black metal roof cornices with modillions.

The north facade on 29th Street is also rough brown stucco, with light-tan stone on the ground floor. There is a plate-glass window at the west end of the ground floor, a brown metal service door at bit to the left, and the east end has a 1-story extension with an continuation of the commercialspace with glass double-doors and a wider plate-glass window. The upper floors have just a single-window at the middle of the 2nd & 3rd stories. The rear, east-facing facade above the 1-story extension is smooth stuccoed and has six bays of single-windows and a black metal fire escape.

The ground floor is occupied by Biricchino restaurant, and Salumeria Biellese Deli.
