5-story residential building completed sometime around 1870. The facade is clad in red brick above a ground floor of black corrugated metal with a metal-and-glass storefront, and a residential entrance at the south end with dark-grey, paneled wood-and-glass double-doors below a transom. The upper floors have four bays of single-windows with flaking brownstone sills and lintels. A black iron fire escape runs down the middle two bays of the facade, which is crowned by a black metal roof cornice with brackets and dentils. Three narrow brick pilasters separate the bays at the top floor, extending into the cornice above.
