115-foot, 11-story residential building completed in 2024. Designed by GIlman Architects, it replaces a 4-story building, and contains 26 apartment units. The facade is clad in a glass-and-metal curtain wall. There are stepped setbacks beginning on the 6th floor and leading up to the parapet. The setbacks make way for shallow Juliet balconies on the lower three levels, with more expansive terraces topping each level from 9 through 11. The glass is framed with light-colored paneling and dark mullions, with the western elevation left mostly blank.
