290-foot, 25-story postmodern residential building completed in 2013. Designed by Stephen B. Jacobs, it has a main tower on 39th Street, and a narrow 6-story wing on the other side of the block, at 329 West 38th Street, separated by a small interior courtyard. The main tower on 38th Street is recessed atop a 10-story base spanning seven bays. It is clad in beige brick, pre-cast concrete, silver metal and grey-blue glass. The double-height main entrance is in the wide center bay, slightly recessed, with glass and metal infill and a metal canopy extending out over the sidewalk. There is a central revolving door flanked by two glass side doors. The entrance bay as well as the two, narrower adjoining bays with large windows (also double-height) are topped by multi-paned transoms, and framed by grey marble. On either side are another narrow bay and wider end bays, each divided horizontally by broad metal bands into two separate floors. The two western end bays have windows with grey metal framing (and one small door at the west end), while the eastern bays have a secondary entrance in the narrow bay and an entrance/exit to the underground parking garage in the wide bay; both have windows o the 2nd floor. Except for the pre-cast enframement around the entrance, all the bays at the base are separated by beige brick piers. There are small, modern styled light fixtures on the piers around the end bays. At the 3rd-10th floors the wide center bay is divided into three window groups by grey metal pilasters, and there are black metal vents at the bottom of each group. The next two bays to either side are narrower, each with a tripartite window, and more black vents on the outer of the two bays. The wider end bays are divided in two sets of tripartite windows with upper and lower transoms by grey metal pilasters. A pre-cast band course caps the base.

The upper tower has two inset bays with confronting angled windows. The ends of the tower have chamfered corners with wrap-around windows, and secondary recessed window bays with chamfered corners at the ends. Above the flat roof line, a tall mechanical penthouse clad in beige pre-cast concrete panels rises at the center.

The 6-story building on 38th Street has similar facade materials. The ground floor is framed in pre-cast concrete with three bays of grey marble and glass (a window in the center and two narrow doors at the ends), all covered by a glass canopy. The upper floors have outer piers of banded beige brick, with window bands framed by grey metal, six panes wide. A narrow stone sill separates each floor's windows, and a simple pre-cast cornice caps the facade.

The building contains 199 apartment units.
