299-foot, 27-story postmodern residential building completed in 2010. Designed by Avinash Malhorta Architects, it is clad in limestone, beige brick and blue-green-tinted glass. The 2-story base, five bays wide, is divided by banded limestone piers on black granite plinths. The entrance is in the wider center bay, infilled with glass and covered by a glass canopy. The other bays have glass and grey metal storefronts at the ground floor, except the westernmost bay, which has an entrance to the underground parking garage. Horizontal grey metal grilles separate the 2nd floor, which has bands of windows in metal frames.

The upper floors are set far back above the base, with trees planted on the terrace created by the setback. The upper facade has a curtain wall of glass and grey metal, with metal vents. The middle section is slightly projected forward from the rest of the facade, with bands of beige brick between floors. On either side, there is another section that is further projected forward, also with bands of beige brick. These projections end at the 10th floor, and the center section at the 11th floor. From the 12th floor to the roof line, there are three recessed bays, each faced in beige brick and with two window units. At the top six floors at the east end, the windows wrap around the corners. All of the windows at the west end wrap around the corner.

The west elevation is clad in beige brick. Two bays of double-windows and smaller single-windows starting at the 10th floor. The wrap-around corner windows from the rear facade are also visible at the rear of the west elevation. The top floor has a wider band of windows between the two wrap-around windows.

The rear, south-facing facade has rises vertically from the base, with no projections or setbacks. It has a center section of beige brick with two bays of double-windows, and one bay of smaller windows to the left. At either end are curtain walls of metal and glass. The mechanical penthouse atop the roof is faced in silver metal panels, and is surrounded by a sundeck and entertaining areas. The building contains 206 apartment units.
