4-story residential building completed around the 1880s. Three bays wide, it is clad in red brick above a ground-floor storefront and remodeled entrance at the left that is framed in black polished stone. The windows on the upper floors have brownstone sills and lintels. A brown metal fire escape runs down the left two-thirds of the facade, which is topped by a brown metal roof cornice with decorative console brackets and panels. The west elevation is faced in beige rough stucco, with two windows (one narrower than the other) near the middle of each floor. The ground floor is occupied by Direct Rush packing and shipping.
