121-foot, 13-story postmodern residential building completed in 2003. Designed by H. Thomas O'Hara, it is U-shaped in plan above its 1-story base. All the facades are clad in red brick with exposed concrete floor plates. There is a mixture of different window sizes and shapes, including wraparound windows at the corners. They are all set in grey metal frames, and black metal vents are cut below many.

Along most of the 9th Avenue and 37th Street facades, the ground floor is clad in dark reddish-brown stone and lined with storefront show-windows. The main entrance, near the center of the north facade on 37th Street, has glass-and-metal doors covered by a metal canopy. The 2nd floor directly above the entrance is also clad in stone, with a large show-window, while the upper floors of this bay (each with two double-windows) are clad in orange brick, providing a contrasting vertical stripe to the red brick on the rest of the building. There is a parking garage entrance at the far west end.

Setbacks begin at the corners, above the 9th floor, with other setbacks closer to the middle of the north facade above the 11th floor. The orange brick section extends up to the top floor, capped by a rounded concrete pediment broken by a vertical slot in the center. All of the setbacks are also capped by concrete parapets. Another pediment tops a section near the north end of the east facade. Between the two wings of the U, facing west, is an open courtyard atop the 1-story base. The building contains 259 apartment units. The ground floor facing the avenue and 37th Street is occupied by Amster Wine, and H&R Block.
