5-story residential building originally completed in 1876 as a tenement. Four bays wide, it is faced in grey smooth stucco. The windows have stone sills and have vents cut below them. A black iron fire escape runs down the middle two bays of the facade, which is topped by a metal railing. The parapet bears red letters in a script font spelling out "Longo Bros 1933", referring to the date that the Longo Brothers wine company moved into the building, converting it to commercial use. They also sold wines and liquor under the name Metropolitan Wine & Liquor Shop, operating here until 1998, when the building was converted back to residential use. The north elevation is also faced in grey stucco, with no window openings.
