5-story Renaissance-revival residential building completed in 1890 as a tenement. It is clad in red brick, with a white-painted ground floor that has a storefront facing 10th Avenue. The windows have stone sills and lintels, with stone connecting bands framing a corbelled brick band running just below the lintels on each floor. A small stone cornice marks the base of each floor. On the 29th Street facade, there is one bay featuring small double windows with a corbelled brick panel below each one. The far eastern bay is bricked in, and a metal fire escape runs down the south end of the facade. The building is crowned by a dentiled metal roof cornice with paired brackets. The residential entrance on 29th Street is framed by pilasters and scrolled brackets supporting a dentiled entablature.
