145-foot, 13-story modern residential building completed in 2010. Designed by H. Thomas O'Hara, it is clad in dark grey brick. The eastern and western facades are pierced by casement windows of varying sizes. The main, east facade on the avenue has eight bays, with large floor-to-ceiling double-windows at both end bays; grey metal spandrels separate the floors in these bays. At the north end bay, the brick corner pier drops away at the 6th floor, and on each floor above the window in this bay extends to the edge, wrapping around the corner. The next bay in from either side has a smaller double-window, while the 3rd bay from the north has single-windows. The next two bays south have double-windows, and the other bay (the 3rd from the south) has narrow triple-windows on the 2nd-6th floors and wider pairs of double-windows linked by a narrow center pane at the 7th-13th floors. Black metal air-conditioning vents are located below the windows in each bay (incorporated into them at the end bays).

The southern facade is lighter grey brick, and has one columns of paired windows running up the center, while the northern elevation is a smooth brick face with no windows, except the narrow pane wrapping around from each corner. The main entrance is at the north end of the east facade, with glass-and-metal double-doors paired with a window, as well as a secondary glass door and larger window, all below a metal-and-glass canopy.

The building contains 89 apartment units, and has a roof deck with a bar and outdoor cinema. The ground floor has a row of retail storefronts with modernist wall sconces between each opening. The storefronts on the ground floor are occupied by Heller Gallery, and Hudson Market.
