5-story Romanesque-revival residential building completed in 1887. It is clad in red brick with ground-level storefronts. The windows have connected stone sills and lintels. Near the top of the 4th floor are five projecting brick piers between the center bays, rising to the roof parapet. The four center bays on the top floor have stone round-arches with carved infill. Each of the upper floors has a wrought-iron balcony railing extending across all but the outer bays of the facade. The ground floor is occupied by Porteno restaurant, and Chelsea Deli & Pizza.
