3-story mixed-use building completed around 1900. The facade is faced in light-beige-painted brick. The ground floor consists of two bays on the left, with a mezzanine level, and on the right is the residential entrance to the upstairs apartments, with a glass-and-wood door atop two brown-painted stone steps. There ground level has a loading dock on the left side, below a small tripartite window, and a set of brown metal service doors in the middle, below a larger tripartite window.

The upper floors have three bays of single-windows, and the facade is capped by a stone cornice and metal railing. The ground floor is occupied by Vico Incorporated.
