119-foot, 12-story modernist residential building completed in 2018. Designed by Workshop Design + Architecture and Ariel Aufgang, it occupies an oddly-shaped site, with two main masses wrapping around a group of buildings on 36th Street, and bordering the cut of the Lincoln Tunnel traffic lanes. Another building across Dyer Avenue is designed in the same style. The facades are clad in buff-colored brick. The northern section rises to 11 floors, with the south section having 12 stories, but due to differences in the ground elevation on the opposite sides of the block, the horizontal bands of beige stone that organize the facades into 2-story sections match up across both masses.

The south facade on 35th Street is divided into three bays, with the main entrance in the west bay having glass double-doors flanked by a glass wall. The middle bays has three large plate-glass panes, and the east bay has another entrance with glass double-doors. The upper floors have five bays of off-set double-windows with dark-grey metal framing and spandrels between the floors within each 2-story group, as well as air-conditioning vents built below each window. Three of the piers have vertical grooves in the brick, and the east edge has a vertical stone band bordering the pier. There is a setback above the 7th floor.

The southeast corner is notched at an angle, with a secondary entrance. The roughly east-facing facet of the notch has another bay like those on the south facade, and the south-facing facet has a narrower bay. The east facade is angled to follow the tunnel cut, and spans eight bays at the southern part, and nine at the northern part, which projects farther out. The six southernmost bays also setback above the 7th floor, with a metal-and-glass railing on top. The horizontal stone bands do not continue across the four middle bays at the top floors. Some of the piers along the east facade also have vertical grooves, varying by floor and location. At the north section, the north end bay and the four south bays set back above the 8th floor (corresponding to the 7th floor of the south section).

The north facade on 36th Street has four bays, and an angled northeast corner bay. There are entrances with glass doors in the west end bay, and the 3rd bay from the west, and a setback above the 8th floor. The horizontal stone bands do not continue across the west end bay.

The building contains a total of 125 apartment units.
