21-story residential building completed in 1964. Designed by Paul L. Wood & Associates, it is one of the two buildings of the complex, which accommodate over 1,000 residents in 426 apartments. The buildings are L-shaped, oriented in opposite directions, and the facades are clad in brown brick.

The main entrances on both buildings face the park space between them. Building 1 also has secondary entrances on the north facade. The upper floors have seven bays of double-windows and end bays of single-windows on the north facade. The south facade has two middle bays of double-windows and single-window end bays. The south-facing portion of the north wing has three double-windows and a single-window end bay.

The east facade has a recessed central section with four bays of double-windows. The north section of the east facade has two double-windows flanking a single-window, and another single-window at the north end. The south section of the east facade has five double-windows bays, plus a single-window bay at the south end and next to the north double-window.

The west facade has two middle bays of double-windows and single-window end bays at the north wing. There is a recessed middle area with four double-windows, and the south section has five double-window bays, plus a single-window south end bay and another next to the north double-window.

The rooftop has a square mechanical penthouse and a water tower enclosure.
