4-story residential building originally completed sometime in the late 1800s. The facade was later replaced by one of black corrugated metal above a metal-and-glass ground-floor storefront. The entrance to the upper floors is at the north end, with a glass-and-metal door framed by brown, fluted pilasters. The storefront door is at the south end. The upper floors have three bays of single-windows, and the facade is topped by a simple, projecting cornice of the same material as the rest of the facade. The ground floor is occupied by NRS wine & liquor.
