4-story (plus raised basement) residential building completed sometime in the 1860s. The facade is clad in white-painted brick above a white-painted brownstone basement level. A high brownstone stoop on the left, with iron railings, leads up to a parlor-floor entrance with with a wooden door recessed in a round-arch in a black stone surround. To the right are two single-windows with black stone sills and lintels, and below them are two shorter basement windows with iron grilles.

The upper floors have three bays of single-windows with black stone sills and lintels, growing shorter at each floor. The facade is capped by a modillioned, black metal roof cornice.
