5-story Renaissance-revival (with Queen Anne-style elements) residential building completed in 1889. It is clad in brownstone, with rough-faced sections at each floor between the window bays. The centered entrance is fronted by a small stoop that spans the basement areaway, which is enclosed by wrought-iron fencing. The stoop has brick risers and stone steps, with brick newell posts and iron handrails. The entrance has a glass door, sidelights, and transom framed by brownstone pilasters with carved capitals and acanthus-leaf brackets carrying an extension of the rounded band that caps the ground floor. To either side is a wide single-window with a smooth-stone surround and bearded-face keystones. Below is a basement window on the left, and a glass basement door on the right, accessing the commercial space, now occupied by Skintrade Tattoos, and Yardwork Gallery.

The upper floors have four bays of single-windows with sill courses, smooth-stone surrounds, shoulder courses, and hooded lintels with acanthus-leaf brackets, carved scrolls, and thin cornices. A black iron fire escape runs down the middle two bays of the facade, which is crowned by a black metal Queen Anne-style roof cornice with panels, outer modillions, and a stepped-up center section above a pair of sunbursts.

The side elevations are clad in brown brick, with wide, shallow light wells lined with single-windows.
