587-foot, 44-story modernist residential building completed in 2022. Designed by Handel Architects, the tower fills a roughly L-shaped lot, clad in curved terra-cotta panels (at the piers - grey at the lower floors, and glazed in a bronze finish with a slight metallic look at the upper floors) and blue glass, with an 11-story base. Some of the piers have different widths, and they change at various points. The building contains 526 total apartment units, with those in the lower floors reserved for seniors, known as Coterie.

The main entrance to Coterie is at the west end of the south facade on 35th Street, with glass doors in a glass surround, framed by limestone that is arranged in fluted pillars like the piers on the facade. A bronze canopy extends out over the entrance, angling upward. To the east of the entrance, the south facade sets back above the 11th floor. This setback continues around to the east facade as well. The entrance to The Set is at the north end of the east facade on Tenth Avenue, with a similar design to the Coterie entrance. The south facade is organized into eight bays and another four set-back bays by the entrance, and the east facade on the avenue into nine bays.

The north elevation of the north wing is mostly blank, painted dark-grey, with the glass from the sides wrapping around at just the edges. The north facade of the west wing of the "L" matches the other facades. The west elevation of the west wing is also largely blank. The west elevation of the north wing has two bays of windows, and the to their south is a bay of smaller windows.
