103-foot, 12-story Mid-century modern residential building completed in 1947. Designed by William Lescaze & Associates, Morris & O'Connor, and Archibald Manning Brown, it is one of the five buildings in the Elliott Houses complex, which accommodate over 1400 residents in 589 apartments.

The facades are clad in brown brick (with the basement level in stone painted light-green), and the main, central body of the building has two wings at 90-degree angles branching off from each end. The building it self it set at an angle to the block. The facades have a mix of single- and double-windows in black metal framing, as well as some smaller bathroom windows. There are also two bays (both at the junctions of one of the wings with the main body) that are recessed, with a glass-and-metal curtain wall. The opposite corners of the main body have corner piers of white concrete instead of brick at each floor.
