6-story residential building completed in 1898. The facade is clad in brown brick above a 2-story limestone base. There appear to originally have been two large windows at the ground floor, but the only remaining opening is the central entrance, recessed atop a small set of steps, with a wood-and-glass door. The 2nd floor has three large single-windows, and the base is capped by a band course.

The upper floors have four bays of smaller single-windows. There is a lintel course above the 3rd-floor windows, and thin sill courses below those at the 4th & 6th floors. The others have simple stone sills and flat lintels. A black iron fire escape runs down the middle two bays of the facade, which is crowned by a brown metal roof cornice with large modillions, dentils, and an ornamented frieze.

The side elevations are stuccoed, except at the shallow light wells, which are clad in brick and lined with single-windows.
