5-story Neo-Grec residential building completed in 1885. Designed by M. Louis Ungrich as a tenement, it is four bays wide, clad in red brick above a metal-and-glass storefront and entrance. The windows have grey, eared stone lintels with connecting grey band courses, corbelled at the 3rd floor. There are also corbelled panels in the outer bays between the 3rd & 4th floors, and the inner bays between the 4th & 5th floors. Horizontal grey stone bands also connect the sills of the windows. A black iron fire escape runs down the middle two bays of the facade, which is crowned by a black metal roof cornice with brackets and panels. The ground floor is occupied by 38 Electric Bike, Inc.
