5-story residential building completed in 1878. Designed by William E. Waring, it is surfaced in grey smooth stucco above a purple-painted cast-iron ground floor. The four bays of windows have sills with corbelled feet and rounded lintels. The building is topped by a bracketed and modillioned metal roof cornice with a triangular pediment in the middle. The ground floor is occupied by Tierra jewelry store, and Variazioni boutique.
