8-story residential building completed in 1894. Designed by Ralph Townsend with a limestone facade as a textile and rug showroom building. It spans the block through to Mercer Street. The Broadway facade has more decoration, with ornamental swag in the cast-iron infill, dentiled cornices, and round-arched windows on the 7th floor. The facade is topped by a prominent bracketed roof cornice. The interior was converted to 30 residential lofts by Joseph Pell Lombardi.
