7-story residential building completed in 2005. Designed by Joseph Pell Lombardi to integrate into the historic fabric of the SoHo cast-iron district. The 7-bay building extends through the block to a small 3-bay frontage at 107 Mercer Street, and has a facade of light-grey riveted-steel. Both facades have fluted outer piers, with simple columns in the middle. The ground floor on Greene Street is occupied by Y-3 men's/women's apparel and Cotelac women's apparel. The ground floor on Mercer is occupied by Ivanka Trump fashion.
