Thomas O'Hara and Beyer Blinder Belle Architects & Planners LLP, it is clad in red brick with dark green-painted steel spandrels and mullions between the brick piers. The western four bays of the building rise six floors, while the eastern five bays rise the full height, with angled metal fins at the top-floor windows. The condominium building has 32 units, and features a landscaped roof deck with a reflecting pool. Owners of units at SoHo 25 include Kanye West, Julianna Margulies, and Padma Lakshmi. The ground floor is occupied by a Jamba Juice, Burger & Barrel restaurant, and Flos lighting.
