6-story cast-iron residential building completed in 1885. Designed by Samuel A. Warner as a store, it is painted grey, with very narrow columns on both 3-bay facades. Both sides are also topped by a dentiled roof cornice. The ground floor has wood and glass infill and is occupied by Cafe Duke.
