5-story Queen Anne-style building erected in two sections. The northern half was completed in 1882, and the southern was finished in 1898. Designed by John Sexton as a factory for Thomas W. Weatherbed, the ground floor is grey-painted cast-iron, with thick Doric columns framing the entryway, which is topped by a dentiled cornice and triangular pediment. The upper floors are clad in red brick, with the outer windows in doubles and topped by iron lintels. The center windows are singles with splayed stone lintels, except for the top floor, which has carved rounded-arches above each window. The building is crowned by a metal roof cornice with large modillions, and an angled peak in the center. The northern elevation has a single opening at both the 2nd & 3rd floors, which have both been filled-in, yet retain their exterior shutters; at each of the top two floors there are a pair of segmental-arched windows. A metal railing for the rooftop deck can be seen as the roof line. Parts of this wall are covered by climbing ivy. The ground floor is occupied by Bicycle Habitat.
