6-story residential building, also known as 87 Crosby, completed in 1900. Designed by Charles Abbott French as a store-and-loft building, it has a 3-bay facade of red brick above a dark-grey metal storefront. The window bays are recessed, with stone sills and lintels, and stone bands on the piers between each floor. The top floor has round-arched windows with keystones, below a paneled parapet with stone coping. A metal fire escape runs down the right two-thirds of the facade. The facade on Crosby Street has the same design. The southern wall is clad in brick and partially covered with climbing ivy. The ground floor is occupied by Mobile City phone store.
