6-story Renaissance-revival residential building completed in 1901. Designed by John P. Cleary, it is clad in dark-red brick above a a ground floor of two storefronts flanking a simple, central entrance. It is four bays wide, with square-headed windows on the 2nd-5th floors. Those on the 2nd floor have molded, eared stone hoods with decorative flourishes on top. A stone band course with egg-and-dart molding runs across the bottom of the 3rd floor. The windows of the 3rd-5th floors have splayed stone lintels with scrolled keystones.

The top floor is set off by another molded band course, and has horizontal stone banding and round-arched windows in stone surrounds with keystones. A black iron fire escape with basket-style landings runs down the center two bays of the facade, which is crowned by a black iron roof cornice with dentils, four small brackets, and a tall frieze with three panels - decorated by a wreath in the center and garlands at the sides. The ground floor is occupied by Westside Frame Shop, and QQ Nails & Spa.
