109-foot, 7-story modernist residential building completed in 2008. Designed by SLCE Architects, it was originally intended to be apartments, but was changed to condominiums before opening. The building is clad in dark grey metal panels, with a regular pattern of dark glass tripartite windows, seven bays wide at the south facade, and 11 bays across along the avenue. It has two 5-story wings fronting 8th Avenue, with the central 7-story section set slightly back above the ground floor. Low metal railings top each setback.
The building contains 53 residential units. There is a steel sculpture of three giant 37-foot daisies sprouting from the rooftop deck. The ground floor is occupied by a Bank of America branch.
